- Standard Items: Orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
- New Drops (e.g., Drop 2): During high-volume release periods, processing may take 5-7 business days. We appreciate your patience as we ensure every garment meets our quality standards.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

4. TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your Tracking Number. You can monitor your parcel's journey through our partner courier's portal.
5. TAXES AND DUTIES (For Singapore Customers)
For cross-border shipments to Singapore, customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country.
6. UNDELIVERABLE PARCELS
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or failed delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs for re-delivery.
